Once settled, set sail along Martinique’s southern coast, passing Sainte-Anne and the iconic Diamond Rock. The first leg of your adventure involves a 3-hour sail to Anses d'Arlet, renowned for its crystal-clear waters and vibrant marine life. Drop anchor at either Grande-Anse or Petite Anse and spend your first evening swimming, snorkeling, and enjoying a peaceful night beneath the stars.
On Day 2, lift anchor at dawn and navigate toward Saint-Pierre, enjoying a 4-hour sail along Martinique’s scenic western coastline. Keep an eye out for flying fish, dolphins, and seabirds along the way. Arriving at the foot of Mount Pelée, explore the historic village of Saint-Pierre, once known as the "Paris of the Caribbean." Stroll through the town’s charming streets, visit the volcanic museum, or discover the ruins left by the early 20th-century eruption. Complete your exit formalities before preparing for the next leg of your journey.
Day 3 brings an exciting 4-hour crossing of the Dominica Channel, where you’ll witness panoramic views of the open sea and the lush island of Dominica approaching on the horizon. Arrive at Roseau, Dominica’s vibrant capital, and complete entry procedures. Spend the afternoon immersing yourself in local culture by visiting bustling markets filled with fresh produce and local crafts. Experience Dominica’s rich heritage while savoring the sights and sounds of this colorful Caribbean town.
Dedicate Day 4 to exploring Dominica’s renowned natural beauty. Choose between an invigorating hike to cascading waterfalls, a rejuvenating visit to hot springs, or a thrilling whale-watching excursion off the coast. Later in the day, embark on a short 2-hour sail to Portsmouth Bay on Dominica’s northern coast. Here, you’ll anchor for the night in calm waters, unwind on the deck, and reflect on the day’s adventures beneath a brilliant Caribbean sunset.
On Day 5, begin your morning with a tranquil journey along the Indian River, one of Dominica’s ecological gems. Explore lush mangroves, listen to the melodies of tropical birds, and soak in the serenity of this unique ecosystem. After replenishing your provisions at the local market, set sail for Les Saintes, a stunning archipelago in Guadeloupe. The 3-hour sail brings you to Terre de Haut, where you’ll drop anchor and embrace the laid-back atmosphere of this picturesque Caribbean village.
Spend Day 6 exploring the beauty of Les Saintes. Dive into the vibrant coral reefs, teeming with colorful marine life, or embark on a scenic hike to the Fort Napoléon viewpoint for sweeping vistas of the surrounding islands. Visit Pompierre Beach, where palm-fringed sands and calm waters invite you to swim, sunbathe, or simply unwind in this Caribbean paradise.
On Days 7 and 8, sail eastward for approximately 4 hours to reach the tranquil island of Marie-Galante, celebrated for its rolling sugarcane fields and rich cultural heritage. Discover the island’s traditional rum distilleries, indulge in local delicacies, or explore secluded white-sand beaches that offer peace and privacy. Immerse yourself in the island’s laid-back charm, where life moves at a relaxed Caribbean pace, allowing you to fully disconnect and savor the moment.
Begin Day 9 with a scenic sail toward Gosier Islet, a protected natural reserve near Guadeloupe. Explore this small island, home to vibrant wildlife including pelicans and iguanas. Take a leisurely walk along the islet’s shoreline or snorkel in the calm, clear waters. After your exploration, continue sailing to Bas-du-Fort Marina in Guadeloupe, where you’ll complete arrival formalities and prepare for your final evening onboard. Take time to enjoy the marina’s lively surroundings, with options to dine at local restaurants or shop for souvenirs.
On Day 10, pack your belongings and work with the crew to conduct the final yacht inventory check.
