FOOD & BEVERAGE:

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy ensures transparency and fairness:

Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure: 50% of the total rental amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 30 days of departure: 100% of the total rental amount will be retained.
Guests paying via credit card may have cancellation insurance through their bank. Please verify with your financial institution.
Optional cancellation insurance is available through trusted providers like Ouest Assurances or Pantaenius.

PREPAYMENT POLICY:

To confirm your booking, a 50% deposit of the total rental amount is required upon contract signing. The remaining balance must be paid at least one month before the embarkation date. Timely payment ensures reservation security and yacht availability. Non-compliance with the payment schedule may result in booking cancellation.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The rental contract is for leisure navigation only; commercial use or subletting is prohibited.
Clients must review and sign the inventory list within 24 hours of boarding.
A security deposit is required, payable via credit card or approved means, covering potential damages.
Boarding typically begins the evening of arrival, with the official handover the next morning.
Clients must comply with maritime, customs, and local regulations. Unauthorized passengers and onboard animals are prohibited.
The charter agency provides a fully insured and seaworthy yacht; clients are responsible for returning it on time and in proper condition.
Disputes unresolved amicably will be addressed under the jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Commerce at Fort-de-France, Martinique.

Damage deposit : £ 9,200

Damage Deposit is fully refunded to you in 72 hours of your checkout, subject to any breakage/damage claims by the Operator/Owner.

Insurance details

- KaterBlue ensures all boats are insured by their owners, but advise guests to secure Travel Insurance for off-boat incidents. While boat owners cover marine accidents, guests are responsible for their valuables, or entrust to the captain. In case of an accident, captains must inform KaterBlue promptly. Owners are liable for the lack of proper insurance. Guests engaging in water sports do so at their own risk and should have personal insurance.
