PAYMENT POLICY:

To secure your booking, a 30% deposit is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance should be settled either before departure or on the day of the charter. Various convenient payment methods are available to suit your preference.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Full refund available for cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to departure.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure are subject to a non-refundable deposit.
• Exceptions are made for cancellations due to medical emergencies (with valid certification) or inclement weather that prevents sailing. In such cases, guests may reschedule or receive a full refund.
