FOOD & BEVERAGE:

Upon arrival, guests are welcomed with a refreshing selection of fresh juices, sparkling water, and premium soft drinks, setting the tone for a delightful culinary journey. Indulge in a gourmet BBQ dining experience, where a skilled chef prepares an exquisite feast featuring a variety of meats, succulent seafood, and delectable vegetarian options, all cooked to perfection. Enjoy tropical fruits and light snacks throughout the cruise, along with a curated selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Custom menu options are available upon request for special dietary needs.

PAYMENT TERMS:

● A 50% deposit is required two days before the tour date to confirm your booking and secure your date and time.

● Full payment must be made before departing from the port on the catamaran; the agreed program is executed only after 100% payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

● More than 72 hours before departing - the full amount of the deposit is refunded.

● 24 to 72 hours before departing - 20% of the tour price is retained by the company (or 10% for holidays).

● Less than 24 hours before departing - 20% of the tour price is retained by the company.

Damage deposit : £ 0

Damage Deposit is fully refunded to you in 72 hours of your checkout, subject to any breakage/damage claims by the Operator/Owner.

Insurance details

- KaterBlue ensures all boats are insured by their owners, but advise guests to secure Travel Insurance for off-boat incidents. While boat owners cover marine accidents, guests are responsible for their valuables, or entrust to the captain. In case of an accident, captains must inform KaterBlue promptly. Owners are liable for the lack of proper insurance. Guests engaging in water sports do so at their own risk and should have personal insurance.
