PAYMENT POLICY:

To confirm your reservation, a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid either in advance or on the day of departure before boarding the yacht. We offer multiple convenient payment options to suit your preferences.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure are eligible for a full refund or trip rescheduling.
Cancellations within 24 hours of departure will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Exceptions apply for cancellations due to medical emergencies (with valid documentation) or adverse weather conditions preventing the trip. In such cases, guests may opt for a full refund or reschedule without penalty.

Damage Deposit is fully refunded to you in 72 hours of your checkout, subject to any breakage/damage claims by the Operator/Owner.

Insurance details

- KaterBlue ensures all boats are insured by their owners, but advise guests to secure Travel Insurance for off-boat incidents. While boat owners cover marine accidents, guests are responsible for their valuables, or entrust to the captain. In case of an accident, captains must inform KaterBlue promptly. Owners are liable for the lack of proper insurance. Guests engaging in water sports do so at their own risk and should have personal insurance.
