Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival date: full refund. Cancellations between 29 and 11 days prior to arrival date: 50% of the total amount will be charged. Cancellations between 10 days and the tour date: full amount will be charged.  In case of no-show: full amount will be charged.  In case of bad weather conditions and in case will not be possible to change the tour date: full refund will be given. Indien gewenst kunnen gasten hun waardevolle spullen aan de kapitein van de boot geven voor veilige bewaring. In het geval van een ongeluk of ramp, is het de verantwoordelijkheid van de bootkapiteins om KaterBlue of haar vertegenwoordiger onmiddellijk te informeren. Als de booteigenaren niet de nodige verzekeringen hebben afgesloten, zullen ze volledig aansprakelijk worden gesteld.
