Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival date: full refund. Cancellations between 29 and 11 days prior to arrival date: 50% of the total amount will be charged. Cancellations between 10 days and the tour date: full amount will be charged.  In case of no-show: full amount will be charged.  In case of bad weather conditions and in case will not be possible to change the tour date: full refund will be given. Cancellation or change must be communicated directly to YTour, via email

Terwijl de booteigenaren zorgen voor een verzekering voor hun boten, jachten, bemanning en gasten tegen brand, aanvaringen en andere ongevallen op zee, zijn de gasten verantwoordelijk voor het beschermen van hun waardevolle spullen tijdens de tour. Indien gewenst kunnen gasten hun waardevolle spullen aan de kapitein van de boot geven voor veilige bewaring. In het geval van een ongeluk of ramp, is het de verantwoordelijkheid van de bootkapiteins om KaterBlue of haar vertegenwoordiger onmiddellijk te informeren. Als de booteigenaren niet de nodige verzekeringen hebben afgesloten, zullen ze volledig aansprakelijk worden gesteld. Huurders en gasten die aan watersport willen doen, doen dit op eigen risico en moeten ervoor zorgen dat ze hun eigen verzekering hebben.
