PAYMENT TERMS:- Bank Transfer: Payment due within 2 working days. For bookings over EUR 2500, a 50% prepayment is required.
- Online Payment: Payment link valid for 4 days to complete the reservation.
- Up to 7 days before departure: Full refund (no charge).
- Between 7 and 5 days before departure: 30% of the total trip cost will be charged.
- Less than 2 days before departure: 50% of the total trip cost will be charged.
- No-shows on the day of departure: The total price of the reservation will be charged.
- All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving a written cancellation request.
