The price includes a selection of soft drinks, fresh fruit, a bottle of wine, and water, ensuring you stay refreshed throughout your journey. Lunch is not included in the price, but you’ll have the opportunity to savor fresh seafood and local delicacies at a waterfront restaurant during your tour.
PAYMENT TERMS:- Bank Transfer: Payment due within 2 working days. For bookings over EUR 2500, a 50% prepayment is required.
- Online Payment: Payment link valid for 4 days to complete the reservation.
- Cancellations made up to 7 days before departure, Full refund (no charge).
- Cancellations made between 7 and 5 days before departure, 30% of the total trip cost will be charged.
- Cancellations made less than 2 days before departure, 50% of the total trip cost will be charged.
- No-shows on the day of departure, The total price of the reservation will be charged.
- All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving a written cancellation request.

- KaterBlueでは、すべてのレンタルボートに保険をかけております。ボートの外で発生した事故や損失に備えるため、旅行保険に加入することを強くお勧めします。ボートの所有者は、火災、衝突、その他の海難事故に対して、ボート、ヨット、クルー、ゲストに保険を提供していますが、ツアー中の貴重品の保護はゲストの責任となります。お客様のご希望により、貴重品をボートの船長にお渡しいただくことも可能です。事故や災害が発生した場合、船長の責任において速やかにケーターブルーまたはその代理人にご連絡ください。ボートの所有者が必要な保険の手配を完了していない場合、その全責任を負うことになります。ウォータースポーツを希望するチャーター者およびゲストは、自己の責任において行うものとし、各自が保険に加入していることを確認すること。
