PAYMENT TERMS:For reservation, a 50% down payment will confirm the Charter. The remaining balance for the Charter and for additional guests (or additional requests, if any) To be paid 7 days before the charter.
CANCELLATION POLICY:Cancellations need to be advised by email.
The date we receive the message is the one used in calculating any charge.
The following charges apply for cancellations:
- Cancellations made up to 8 days before departure day – a full refund applies to the deposit.
- Cancellation within 7 days of departure day - We try to reschedule the tour, If not possible; no refund of the deposit.
In the event of a severe weather warning where the charter cannot proceed, we will offer an alternative date or full refund of deposit.
