PAYMENT TERMS:
● Deposit Payment: A deposit of 50% of the total charter price is due within 7 days of the invoice being issued to confirm your booking.
● Final Payment: The remaining 50% of the total charter price must be paid no later than 60 days before the charter's departure date.
● Bookings Within 60 Days: For charters booked with a departure date less than 60 days away, full payment is required within 7 days of the invoice being issued.
● Note: Failure to comply with these payment terms may result in the cancellation of your booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
● All cancellations must be made in writing via email, with the date of receipt determining the charges:
● More than 12 weeks before charter: 30% of the total fee.
● 12 to 8 weeks before charter: 50% of the total fee.
● 8 to 4 weeks before charter: 80% of the total fee.
● Within 4 weeks of charter: 90% of the total fee.
