Immerse yourself in a week-long adventure through Croatia's most captivating island landscapes on a bareboat charter aboard the Oceanis 46.1. Departing from Marina Rogač, this journey takes you on a carefully crafted route through the sun-soaked islands of Brač, Hvar, Vis, and Šolta. With each day revealing secluded coves, UNESCO-listed towns, and clear blue anchorages, this charter delivers the perfect balance of independence, discovery, and luxurious sailing comfort. Whether you're an experienced sailor or an avid adventurer, this route offers timeless beauty and true sailing freedom.
About our service in Brač, Hvar, Vis & ŠoltaDay 1: Set off from Marina Rogač and enjoy a short sail of 6.8 nautical miles to Stipanska Bay on Brač Island. Surrounded by dense pine forests and fully sheltered from the winds, this peaceful bay is perfect for swimming and sunset anchoring. If you prefer even more seclusion, Osibova Bay is just a short detour away, providing equally pristine waters and tranquility under the stars.
Day 2: Begin your morning sail along Brač’s coastline toward the historic Blaca Bay, home to the centuries-old Blaca Monastery nestled high above sea level. Hike up through shaded trails and enjoy panoramic views over the Adriatic. Continue to Bol and its iconic Zlatni Rat beach, one of Croatia's most recognizable natural landmarks. After a refreshing swim, sail onward to Žukova Bay and finally anchor in Stari Grad, Hvar’s oldest town. Stroll through ancient alleys and discover Tvrdalj Petar Hektorović, a 16th-century Renaissance palace surrounded by gardens and a tranquil fish pond.
Day 3: Head southeast to the Paklinski Islands and anchor at Palmižana, an emerald bay with access to ACI Marina and Hvar Town. Choose between the lively nightlife and historical tours of Hvar or stay aboard in peaceful isolation. Crystal-clear waters, charming coastal trails, and gourmet dining options await, whether you decide to stay moored or go ashore.
Day 4: Navigate across 22.7 nautical miles to reach the picturesque fishing village of Komiža on Vis Island. Along the way, stop at the islet of Ravnik to swim near the luminous Green Cave, where sunlight filters through an underwater opening. In Komiža, admire the centuries-old St. Nicholas Monastery and dine at one of the taverns serving the beloved komiška pogača. Weather permitting, Rukavac Bay offers an alternative stop, ideal for shelter and serenity.
Day 5: Continue to Biševo Island, home of the world-famous Blue Cave. Enter this surreal grotto where sunlight refracts underwater, bathing the cavern in radiant azure hues. Sail on to Stiniva Bay for a swim beneath towering cliffs, then explore the untouched Budikovac lagoon before anchoring back in Vis Town. This anchorage is perfect for an evening walk through narrow lanes lined with Renaissance buildings and cafes buzzing with character.
Day 6: Begin your journey back toward Šolta, heading for the peaceful Šešula Bay. Nestled beside the quaint town of Maslinica, this sheltered anchorage offers dramatic coastal views and a calm retreat. Swim, snorkel, or dine in the acclaimed waterfront restaurant “Šišmiš” to enjoy your last full evening at sea under a starlit sky.
Day 7: Sail through the island channel toward Krknjaši Bay, just off Veli Drvenik. Often referred to as the “Blue Lagoon,” this turquoise bay is perfect for a final morning of swimming and relaxing. Complete your journey by returning to Marina Rogač by late afternoon, with the Croatian coast now forever etched in your memory.
