About our service in Samui and beyond: Depart at 9:00 AM from Samui’s Inner River Jetty (with transfers included from anywhere on Koh Samui) on our full-day skippered sailing charter. Begin with a scenic 1-hour journey to Ang Thong Marine Park where you’ll enjoy guided snorkeling at Koh Wao and kayaking along hidden lagoons over the next 3 hours. At 1:00 PM, delight in a gourmet lunch prepared onboard while soaking in stunning views. In the afternoon, cruise for 2 hours towards Koh Taen and Ko Mat Sum (Pig Island) for beach relaxation and interactive activities, then experience a 1-hour Pink Dolphin Encounter in Khanom. Our charter pricing starts from 87,055 THB per day. Please note that our pricing is dynamic and adjusts based on seasonal demand. Rates may fluctuate during peak seasons, weekends, or special events. Food and Beverage:

Our charters include a delightful selection of finger food, appetizers, a satisfying lunch, fresh fruit, and soft drinks to keep you refreshed throughout your journey. For additional beverages, our cash boat bar offers reasonably priced options—such as 80 THB for a beer and 180 THB for a glass of wine. For private charters, guests are welcome to bring their own drinks; we provide ample ice, icebox storage, and cups for a small corkage fee of 200 THB per adult, ensuring your refreshments remain chilled and enjoyable.

Payment Terms:

● A 20% deposit is required to secure reservations through our online booking system (Credit Card or PayPal).

● The balance is typically paid in cash on the morning of the tour, though alternative payment options like bank transfers can be arranged in advance.

Cancellation Policy:

Refundable:

● Bad Weather: Full refund or reschedule if conditions are unsafe; light rain does not cancel tours.

● COVID-19 Travel Restrictions: Refund if notified 72 hours before departure.

● Join Trips: Refund if canceled 24 or more hours before departure.

● Operator Cancellations: Full refund will be issued.

Non-Refundable:

● Private Charters: No refund for cancellations; however, rescheduling with 3+ weeks' notice is available, valid for up to 1 year.

● No-Show: No refund if absent at pickup; please contact us within 10 minutes of a delay.

Note: Refunds are processed within 48 hours (fees may apply). We recommend purchasing travel insurance for added protection.

Damage deposit : £ 0

Damage Deposit is fully refunded to you in 72 hours of your checkout, subject to any breakage/damage claims by the Operator/Owner.

Insurance details

- KaterBlue ensures all boats are insured by their owners, but advise guests to secure Travel Insurance for off-boat incidents. While boat owners cover marine accidents, guests are responsible for their valuables, or entrust to the captain. In case of an accident, captains must inform KaterBlue promptly. Owners are liable for the lack of proper insurance. Guests engaging in water sports do so at their own risk and should have personal insurance.
