PRICE INCLUSIONS:

PRICE EXCLUSIONS:

The base price does not include meals and beverages unless a catering service is arranged separately. Special food preferences, premium menu selections, optional activities, and additional fuel charges for extended trips may incur extra costs. Personal expenses and gratuities for the crew are also not included.

FOOD & BEVERAGE:

Enhance your journey with personalized catering services featuring Thai cuisine and fresh seafood. Whether you prefer casual snacks or gourmet dining, our dedicated crew will tailor the onboard culinary experience to your tastes. Refreshing drinks, both non-alcoholic and alcoholic, can be arranged to complement your day on the water.

PAYMENT TERMS:

A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is typically paid in cash on the day of the tour, ensuring convenience for all guests.

Damage Deposit is fully refunded to you in 72 hours of your checkout, subject to any breakage/damage claims by the Operator/Owner.

Cancellation Rules

Strict Policy

No-show will result in reservation considered as forfeited.

Days not spent on account of early check-out is marked as forfeited.

Refunds under any cancellation terms & conditions excludes the KaterBlue service fee.

Insurance details

- KaterBlue ensures all boats are insured by their owners, but advise guests to secure Travel Insurance for off-boat incidents. While boat owners cover marine accidents, guests are responsible for their valuables, or entrust to the captain. In case of an accident, captains must inform KaterBlue promptly. Owners are liable for the lack of proper insurance. Guests engaging in water sports do so at their own risk and should have personal insurance.
