Prepayment & Reservation Policy
● A deposit of 50% of the total charter fee is required to secure your reservation.
● The remaining balance must be paid 14 days prior to the start of the charter.
● Additional costs such as final cleaning, optional insurance, and a refundable security deposit may apply and will be confirmed during booking.
Damage Deposit is fully refunded to you in 72 hours of your checkout, subject to any breakage/damage claims by the Operator/Owner.
No-show will result in reservation considered as forfeited.
Days not spent on account of early check-out is marked as forfeited.
Refunds under any cancellation terms & conditions excludes the KaterBlue service fee.
- KaterBlue ensures all boats are insured by their owners, but advise guests to secure Travel Insurance for off-boat incidents. While boat owners cover marine accidents, guests are responsible for their valuables, or entrust to the captain. In case of an accident, captains must inform KaterBlue promptly. Owners are liable for the lack of proper insurance. Guests engaging in water sports do so at their own risk and should have personal insurance.
