Prepayment & Reservation Policy
● A deposit of 50% of the charter fee is required to confirm your booking.
● The remaining balance is payable 14 days before the start of your trip.
● Additional costs such as mandatory cleaning fees, insurance, and a refundable security deposit will be confirmed during your reservation process.
Damage Deposit is fully refunded to you in 72 hours of your checkout, subject to any breakage/damage claims by the Operator/Owner.
No-show will result in reservation considered as forfeited.
Days not spent on account of early check-out is marked as forfeited.
Refunds under any cancellation terms & conditions excludes the KaterBlue service fee.
- KaterBlue ensures all boats are insured by their owners, but advise guests to secure Travel Insurance for off-boat incidents. While boat owners cover marine accidents, guests are responsible for their valuables, or entrust to the captain. In case of an accident, captains must inform KaterBlue promptly. Owners are liable for the lack of proper insurance. Guests engaging in water sports do so at their own risk and should have personal insurance.
