Food & Beverage:
Guests have the option to hire a professional chef or hostess for an additional fee. Our highly skilled chef will prepare exquisite meals tailored to your dietary preferences, ensuring a delightful culinary experience onboard. Guests may also provision their own meals prior to departure if preferred.
Prepayment Policy:
To confirm your booking, a reservation deposit—typically 50% of the total charter fee—is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is usually due 14 days before the charter commences. Additional charges may apply, such as cleaning fees, a refundable security deposit to cover potential damages, and optional insurance coverage.
Damage Deposit is fully refunded to you in 72 hours of your checkout, subject to any breakage/damage claims by the Operator/Owner.
No-show will result in reservation considered as forfeited.
Days not spent on account of early check-out is marked as forfeited.
Refunds under any cancellation terms & conditions excludes the KaterBlue service fee.
- KaterBlue ensures all boats are insured by their owners, but advise guests to secure Travel Insurance for off-boat incidents. While boat owners cover marine accidents, guests are responsible for their valuables, or entrust to the captain. In case of an accident, captains must inform KaterBlue promptly. Owners are liable for the lack of proper insurance. Guests engaging in water sports do so at their own risk and should have personal insurance.
