● Low Season (26.04 - 19.09): 7,705 EUR per week.
● Mid Season (21.09 - 06.12): 8,625 EUR per week.

● More than 3 months before the charter:
i) 80% of the initial payment will be refunded.
ii) 20% will be retained for administrative costs and expenses.
● Within 3 months of the charter:
i) 100% of the charter fee will be charged if the yacht cannot be re-rented.
ii) If the yacht is re-rented for a reduced price or shorter duration, the lessee must cover the price difference.
● A down payment is required to confirm the reservation.
● If cancellation occurs more than 3 months prior to the charter, 80% of the initial payment will be refunded.
● The remaining balance must be paid in accordance with the agreed payment schedule before the charter commences.
● Failure to complete payments on time may result in cancellation, subject to the cancellation policy terms.
● The yacht will be handed over with a full fuel tank whenever possible. If not, the lessee must return it with the same fuel level or reimburse for the shortfall.
● A check-in inspection of the yacht’s condition, equipment, and inventory will be conducted, with both parties confirming the results by signing the check-in list. No objections will be accepted after confirmation.
● The lessee is prohibited from using the yacht for commercial transportation, races, or towing other vessels (except in emergencies). Sub-rental is strictly forbidden.
● The lessee assumes full liability for any legal issues, penalties, or fees arising from violations of these restrictions.
● Compensation claims must be submitted within 15 days after the charter ends; claims beyond this period will not be considered.
● If any clause in the agreement is deemed invalid, the remaining terms will remain in effect, with necessary adjustments made to align with the original intent.
● Legal jurisdiction for resolving disputes will be determined as specified in the charter agreement.
Damage Deposit is fully refunded to you in 72 hours of your checkout, subject to any breakage/damage claims by the Operator/Owner.
- KaterBlue ensures all boats are insured by their owners, but advise guests to secure Travel Insurance for off-boat incidents. While boat owners cover marine accidents, guests are responsible for their valuables, or entrust to the captain. In case of an accident, captains must inform KaterBlue promptly. Owners are liable for the lack of proper insurance. Guests engaging in water sports do so at their own risk and should have personal insurance.
