i) 80% refund of initial payment
ii) 20% retained for administrative expenses
● Within 3 months of charter date:
i) 100% of charter fee is charged unless otherwise agreed

General Terms:
● Yacht delivered fully equipped at Marina Cienfuegos
● Yacht must be returned in original condition, with no commercial use permitted
● Sub-leasing or participation in races strictly prohibited
● Lessee responsible for adherence to maritime regulations and any resulting fees or legal obligations
● Jurisdiction specified in charter agreement applies for dispute resolution
Cancellation Policy:
● More than 3 months before charter date: 80% refund, 20% retained
● Less than 3 months before charter: No refund
Damage Deposit is fully refunded to you in 72 hours of your checkout, subject to any breakage/damage claims by the Operator/Owner.
- KaterBlue ensures all boats are insured by their owners, but advise guests to secure Travel Insurance for off-boat incidents. While boat owners cover marine accidents, guests are responsible for their valuables, or entrust to the captain. In case of an accident, captains must inform KaterBlue promptly. Owners are liable for the lack of proper insurance. Guests engaging in water sports do so at their own risk and should have personal insurance.
