Day 2: Cayo Sal to Cayo Cantiles

Day 3: Cayo Cantiles to Cayo Largo

Pricing by Season:

● Sep - Dec: 2,700 EUR

● Jan - Apr: 3,000 EUR

● 06 Dec - 12 Dec: 3,000 EUR

Dining & Onboard Services:

● Guests may also shop for provisions during marina stops.

Cancellation Policy:

● More than 3 months before the charter: 80% refund, 20% retained for administrative costs.

● Within 3 months: Full charge if the yacht is not re-rented; partial refund if re-rented at a lower rate.

Payment Terms:

● An initial deposit is required to secure the booking.

● The remaining balance must be paid as per the agreed schedule.

● Late payments may result in cancellation with applicable fees.

General Terms:

● The yacht is provided with a full fuel tank; guests must return it in the same condition.

● The condition and inventory of the yacht will be inspected at check-in and check-out.

● Sub-rental, towing, or commercial use of the yacht is strictly prohibited.

● Legal disputes will be handled as per the charter agreement.

Während die Bootseigner ihre Boote, Yachten, Besatzung und Gäste gegen Feuer, Kollisionen und andere Unfälle auf See versichern, sind die Gäste für den Schutz ihrer Wertsachen während der Tour selbst verantwortlich. Auf Wunsch können die Gäste ihre Wertsachen dem Schiffskapitän zur sicheren Aufbewahrung überlassen. Im Falle eines Unfalls oder einer Katastrophe sind die Bootskapitäne dafür verantwortlich, KaterBlue oder dessen Vertreter unverzüglich zu informieren. Wenn die Bootseigner nicht die notwendigen Versicherungsvorkehrungen getroffen haben, werden sie voll zur Verantwortung gezogen. Charterer und Gäste, die Wassersport betreiben möchten, tun dies auf eigenes Risiko und sollten sicherstellen, dass sie über einen eigenen Versicherungsschutz verfügen.
