Pricing Information:
Prices start at 2,600 EUR per week. The price varies depending on demand and season. For exact pricing, please confirm your dates or send us an inquiry.

● Sep - Dec: 3,200 EUR

Price Includes:
● Yacht charter and standard onboard equipment
● GPS navigation tools and safety gear
● Dinghy with outboard engine
● Linen and towels
● GPS navigation equipment
● Marina fees at Club Cienfuegos harbour
● Water & power access at Club Cienfuegos harbour

Price Excludes:
● Sailing tax
● Gas consumption
● End cleaning fee
● Extra towels
● Bedding (Sheet, duvet cover & towel)
● Skipper (plus provisions and bedding)

Payment Policy:
● 50% initial deposit upon booking confirmation
● Remaining balance payable according to the agreed schedule prior to charter commencement
● Late payments may result in cancellation as per cancellation terms

Cancellation Policy:
● More than 3 months before charter:
i) 80% refund of initial payment
ii) 20% retained for administrative expenses
● Within 3 months of charter date:
i) 100% of charter fee is charged unless otherwise agreed

Dining & Onboard Services:
● Self-catering with fully equipped galley onboard
● Optional provisioning available (additional charges apply)
● Water & power access included at Club Cienfuegos harbor

General Terms:
● Yacht delivered fully equipped at Marina Cienfuegos
● Yacht must be returned in original condition, with no commercial use permitted
● Sub-leasing or participation in races strictly prohibited
● Lessee responsible for adherence to maritime regulations and any resulting fees or legal obligations
● Jurisdiction specified in charter agreement applies for dispute resolution

Cancellation Policy:
● More than 3 months before charter date: 80% refund, 20% retained
● Less than 3 months before charter: No refund

Auf Wunsch können die Gäste ihre Wertsachen dem Schiffskapitän zur sicheren Aufbewahrung überlassen. Im Falle eines Unfalls oder einer Katastrophe sind die Bootskapitäne dafür verantwortlich, KaterBlue oder dessen Vertreter unverzüglich zu informieren. Wenn die Bootseigner nicht die notwendigen Versicherungsvorkehrungen getroffen haben, werden sie voll zur Verantwortung gezogen. Charterer und Gäste, die Wassersport betreiben möchten, tun dies auf eigenes Risiko und sollten sicherstellen, dass sie über einen eigenen Versicherungsschutz verfügen.
