PAYMENT POLICY:

To secure your booking, a 30% deposit is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance must be paid either in advance or on the day of departure before the yacht sets sail.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
Cancellations within 24 hours of departure will result in a non-refundable deposit.
In cases of severe weather or medical emergencies (with valid proof), guests can opt for a full refund or reschedule without penalty.

Wenn die Bootseigner nicht die notwendigen Versicherungsvorkehrungen getroffen haben, werden sie voll zur Verantwortung gezogen.
