FOOD & BEVERAGE:

Upon arrival, guests are welcomed with a refreshing selection of fresh juices, sparkling water, and premium soft drinks, setting the tone for a delightful culinary journey. PAYMENT TERMS:

● A 50% deposit is required two days before the tour date to confirm your booking and secure your date and time.

● Full payment must be made before departing from the port on the catamaran; the agreed program is executed only after 100% payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

● More than 72 hours before departing - the full amount of the deposit is refunded.

● 24 to 72 hours before departing - 20% of the tour price is retained by the company (or 10% for holidays).

● Less than 24 hours before departing - 20% of the tour price is retained by the company.

Auf Wunsch können die Gäste ihre Wertsachen dem Schiffskapitän zur sicheren Aufbewahrung überlassen. Im Falle eines Unfalls oder einer Katastrophe sind die Bootskapitäne dafür verantwortlich, KaterBlue oder dessen Vertreter unverzüglich zu informieren. Wenn die Bootseigner nicht die notwendigen Versicherungsvorkehrungen getroffen haben, werden sie voll zur Verantwortung gezogen. Charterer und Gäste, die Wassersport betreiben möchten, tun dies auf eigenes Risiko und sollten sicherstellen, dass sie über einen eigenen Versicherungsschutz verfügen.
