PAYMENT TERMS:

For reservation, a 50% down payment will confirm the Charter. The remaining balance for the Charter and for additional guests (or additional requests, if any) To be paid 7 days before the charter.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations need to be advised by email.

The date we receive the message is the one used in calculating any charge.

The following charges apply for cancellations:

- Cancellations made up to 8 days before departure day – a full refund applies to the deposit.

- Cancellation within 7 days of departure day - We try to reschedule the tour, If not possible; no refund of the deposit.

In the event of a severe weather warning where the charter cannot proceed, we will offer an alternative date or full refund of deposit.

For additional guests, the charge would be 1380 baht per person. Children below 6 are free.
