PAYMENT TERMS:

A 50% deposit is required within 7 days of confirming your reservation.The remaining balance must be paid no later than the day before the charter begins.Please note that the Balance reminders will not be issued. Failure to make the final payment on time may result in the cancellation of your charter without a refund of the deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

● Cancellation Fees: Cancelled bookings may incur charges as specified by the yacht charter operator. The agency reserves the right to retain commissions due.

● Refunds: Refunds depend on the terms outlined in the operator's charter contract. If covered by your insurance, cancellation charges may be reclaimable.

● Amendments: Changes to bookings after confirmation may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.

● Operator Cancellations: If the charter operator cancels or alters your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, alternative arrangements will be offered. If no acceptable alternative is available, a full refund (excluding insurance) will be provided.

● Force Majeure: No compensation will be given for cancellations or changes due to events beyond control, such as natural disasters, war, or adverse weather conditions.
