ALL-INCLUSIVE RATE INCLUDES:

• Crewed charter (captain & hostess/cook)
• Standard meals and beverages on board
• Operating costs including generator use for 4h/day, fuel, and water
• Insurance for the boat and the passengers
• Bedding, towels, and beach towels
• Onboard water toys

ALL-INCLUSIVE RATE EXCLUDES:

• Special provisioning requests such as premium food/beverage
• Airport transfers to/from the boat base
• Personal expenses
• Cancellation insurance and private insurance
• Harbour and moorings fees, cruising taxes, clearance, and customs fees
• Tips
• Any items that are not specified in the all-inclusive rate

FOOD AND BEVERAGE:

• Included in the Charter: The all-inclusive rate includes standard meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and a selection of standard beverages (non-alcoholic drinks) served on board by the crew.
• Hostess/Cook Availability: A professional hostess/cook is included in the charter to prepare and serve meals. Additional costs will apply if you wish to hire extra crew for specific culinary requests.
• Customized Meal Requests: Guests can request customized meals, dietary-specific menus, or additional beverages for an extra charge. Advanced notice (at least 48 hours prior) is required for customized requests.
• Additional Costs for Premium Items: Premium or specialty beverages, including select wines, spirits, and high-end drinks, are not included in the standard rate and will incur additional costs. These should be pre-arranged or purchased on board.
• Guest Responsibility: Any special food provisions (e.g., allergies or restrictions) must be communicated at the time of booking. The crew will accommodate reasonable requests based on availability.

PREPAYMENT POLICY:

• 50% deposit required at the time of reservation confirmation to secure your booking.
• The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 4 weeks prior to check-in.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Cancellation 60 days or more prior to boarding: 50% of the total amount paid will be refunded.
• Cancellation less than 60 days prior to boarding: No refund will be issued.
