Prepayment Policy:

● A deposit is required upon booking to secure your charter.
● The remaining balance must be paid prior to the start of the charter.
● Detailed payment terms will be provided during the booking process.
● If payment deadlines are not met, the booking may be canceled or subject to late payment fees.

General Terms & Conditions:

● No Bareboat Charters - Fully crewed charters only.
● Cabin Use - Cabins on day charters may be opened upon request.
● Pets Onboard - Pets are generally not allowed, but small animals may be permitted in outdoor areas upon request.
● Minimum Charter Time - Peak season requires a minimum of 4 hours; off-peak may allow 3-hour charters.
● Guest Capacity - Varies by yacht; some vessels accommodate up to 800 guests.
● BYO Food Requirements - Food is required if alcohol is onboard as per RSA guidelines.
● Entertainment - The crew can assist in arranging entertainment options.
● Smoking - Allowed only in designated areas.
● Swimming - Notify your charter expert if swimming is planned so an appropriate location can be arranged.
● Babysitting - The crew ensures children have a great time but does not provide babysitting services.
