PAYMENT:When making a reservation, 50% of the rental fee is required; the remaining 50% must be paid one month prior to the reservation date.
CANCELLATION POLICY:10% of the rental price and 300 € cancellation fee is refunded until 12 weeks before the tour start date at the latest. 20% of the rental price and 300 € cancellation costs are refunded until 10 weeks before the tour start date at the latest.
30 % of the rental price and 300 € cancellation fee is refunded until 8 weeks before the tour start date at the latest. 50% of the rental price and 300 € cancellation fee is refunded until 7 weeks before the tour start date at the latest. For cancellations made up to 6 weeks before the tour start date, 100% of the rental price and if reservations for the captain/hostess/cook are also retained, plus the fees for the rental period.
CHECK IN-CHECK OUT RULES:The journeys begin on Saturday and finish on Friday. Check-in time is Saturday at 17.00 (least), and check-out time is Friday at 17.00. (return to marina at the latest). You can stay on the boat after check-out until 8:30 on Saturday.

Även om båtägarna försäkrar sina båtar, yachter, besättning och gäster mot brand, kollisioner och andra marina olyckor, är gästerna ansvariga för att skydda sina värdesaker under turen. Om de föredrar det kan gästerna lämna över sina värdeföremål till båtens kapten för förvaring. I händelse av en olycka eller katastrof är det båtkaptenernas ansvar att omedelbart informera KaterBlue eller dess representant. Om båtägarna inte har vidtagit nödvändiga försäkringsåtgärder kommer de att hållas fullt ansvariga. Befraktare och gäster som vill ägna sig åt vattensporter gör det på egen risk och bör se till att de har ett eget försäkringsskydd.
