PAYMENT TERMS:Office fee is charged at the time of booking and refunded if the sailing is canceled by us Evening sails and one-day special courses are charged in full at the time of booking. Other sailing courses are due 30 days before the course starts. Sailings are due at the end of the sailing. Cancellation fees are due 7 days after the cancellation date.
CANCELLATION TERMS:The customer has the right to cancel sailing anytime before it starts, and cancellation fees vary based on the cancellation period. We have the right to charge a cancellation fee in the form of a reservation fee. We have the right to reschedule or cancel sailing in special situations.
