ADDITIONAL INFO:
• Boat Capacity: up to 11 guests.
• Bring a beach towel, sunscreen, a hat, your swimming suit, and a light jacket.
• Bring your passport or ID with you the day of travel.
• Since the cruise is a private one, we can adjust the timetable or destination according to your personal requests.
• Modifications to the trip schedule may be applied depending on weather conditions.
• In case the trip has to be canceled due to severe weather conditions you will be offered an alternative day. If no other date can be found, you will get a full refund.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Booking cancelled more than 60 days before embarkation: No charge.
• Booking cancelled between 59 and 30 days before embarkation: 60% of the total charter fee.
• Booking cancelled less than 30 days before embarkation.
• If the boat is re - booked for the same dates the client will be refunded. Only the dossier expenses (180 euros for Half and Full Day cruises / 380 euros for Multi Days charters) will be charged.
PAYMENT POLICY:
• Booking Payment: When you decide to book the charter, you are required to make an initial payment of 40% of the total charter fee. This payment is typically considered a deposit and secures your reservation for the specified date.
• Outstanding Balance: The remaining 60% of the charter fee is considered the outstanding balance. This balance needs to be paid no later than 45 days before the scheduled departure date. This allows the charter company or service provider to ensure that the full payment is received well in advance of your departure.
DELIVERY:
• We deliver the Yacht on the specified start date.
• If the specified Yacht is unavailable, they may provide a similar Yacht.
• The Charterer must inspect the Yacht before departure.
• If delivery is delayed by 24 hours, the Charterer can cancel with a refund.
• If the Charterer is not present at the specified time, Match word can reschedule within 24 hours.
REDELIVERY:
• The Charterer must return the Yacht to the specified release port in the same condition (except for ordinary wear and tear) and cleared of any debts or liens.
• It's the Charterer's responsibility to ensure timely return, allowing for unforeseen delays.
• If the Yacht isn't returned as agreed (except for uncontrollable events), the Charterer pays a pro-rata charter fee for the delay and any resulting losses.
• The vessel's equipment should be returned in good condition, with charges for unusual cleaning at our discretion.

- KaterBlue ser till att alla båtar som är tillgängliga för uthyrning är försäkrade av sina respektive ägare. Vi rekommenderar starkt att du tecknar en reseförsäkring för att skydda dig mot eventuella incidenter eller förluster som inträffar utanför båten. Även om båtägarna försäkrar sina båtar, yachter, besättning och gäster mot brand, kollisioner och andra marina olyckor, är gästerna ansvariga för att skydda sina värdesaker under turen. Om de föredrar det kan gästerna lämna över sina värdeföremål till båtens kapten för förvaring. I händelse av en olycka eller katastrof är det båtkaptenernas ansvar att omedelbart informera KaterBlue eller dess representant. Om båtägarna inte har vidtagit nödvändiga försäkringsåtgärder kommer de att hållas fullt ansvariga. Befraktare och gäster som vill ägna sig åt vattensporter gör det på egen risk och bör se till att de har ett eget försäkringsskydd.
