BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY:To secure your charter reservation, a 50% deposit is required, with the balance due 48 hours before departure. For bookings made within 48 hours of departure, full payment is necessary upfront. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Xendit, and online bank transfers, with applicable processing fees. Upon successful booking, a confirmation will be sent to your registered email. Please ensure accuracy in your booking details, as we are not responsible for errors or non-acknowledgment of terms.
CANCELLATION POLICY:• Changes within 7 days incur a Change Fee of 1,200,000 IDR.
• One-time date change allowed, based on availability, up to 5 days before charters (maximum).
• Cancellation due to inclement weather offers an alternative date or refund/voucher.
• Full refund for cancellations 90 days or more prior. Within 60 days, USD 500 or 50% refunded (whichever is greater), plus processing fee if applicable.
• No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of embarkation.
• No refund for personal reasons or travel restrictions.
• Payments held for 24 months for future charters or transfer/sale.
• No refund if guest cancels during charter due to seasickness without deemed unsafe conditions.
• Guest responsibility for seasickness prevention and fitness prior to embarkation.
