We require 50% deposit to confirm and secure the boat for you. The final payment will then be due 2 weeks before your charter date.
CANCELLATION POLICY:All payments made, whether as a deposit or in full, are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation requested by the booking party.
Cancellation or rescheduling of the charter will result in the forfeiture of the deposit or any paid amounts.
In exceptional cases, such as government-imposed social distancing rules or restrictions, the charter will be postponed to a mutually agreed-upon later date. Refunds will not be provided in such circumstances.
