# Low season - 460 euro

RESERVATION:

To confirm the reservation, the client must pay 50% of the total amount up front and the remaining balance 15 days before the charter's start date. We reserve the right to cancel the charter if the payments are not made on schedule.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

More than 30 days before the event: 100% of the cash paid will be refunded. 50% of the amount paid is refunded between 30 and 15 days before the event. With less than 15 days to go, there will be no refund.

The event may be canceled and the amounts paid will be repaid or a credit is issued in the client's favor in the event that unfavorable weather circumstances exist that could endanger the safety of the event. We reserve the right to cancel the event without having to give the consumer a refund if the payment and/or reservation requirements are not met by the client.

Complete safety equipment, Fuel (at Slow Cruising Speed Inside Ria Formosa) Snorkeling equipment, 2 Paddle Boards, Snorkeling Equipment, Skipper, Hostess and a Courtesy Welcome Drink

# Prices are based on a Ria Formosa Day Tour - Other destinations may have additional costs

# Our Yachts have no permanent mooring in the Marina de Faro, thus the boarding and disembarking of our guests will be done through our dinghies.

# Foods & Beverages

GENERAL TERMS:

# Clients can bring their own food and drinks but be aware that cooking and red wine onboard are not allowed.

# Can have lunch in a restaurant in one of the islands (which must be booked in Advance) or we can also provide a catering service (Also booked in advance).

# On board alcohol is permitted. But moderation in usage is required for safety reasons.

# We reserve the right to cancel the boat trip if a local Capitania has issued a formal poor weather advisory making it unsafe for us to be outside or if the day is expected to be cloudy and rainy the entire time. If this occurs, we can reschedule or give you a complete refund of your money.

# There are many parking spots close to our office, but the majority of them are fee-based.

# The Faro Marina is a small marina, as you shall see, and our vessels are too large to enter here. As a result, our smaller boats will be used to transport to our yachts from the marina.

# Even though the majority of the nights are warm, we advise wearing comfortable clothing, athletic shoes, and warmer clothing for sunset trips. Bring your bathing suits, beach towels, sunscreen, and caps with you on the summer tours.

# All ages of kids are welcome. If they are younger than 12 years old, they might be asked to wear a life jacket at all times. The children onboard will be under the supervision of adults.
