Clients are accountable for fuel expenses. The boats will be provided with a full tank and are expected to be returned likewise. The cost of renting includes the necessary insurance. Weather that is unfavorable on the days that you are renting from the company is not their responsibility. If the issue cannot be resolved in a fair amount of time, they would be given a boat with similar features.

• Subcontracting the boat for use.

• Using the boat for transporting goods, fare-paying passengers, commercial fishing, or participating in regattas.
