CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Cancellations made between 28 days and 14 days before the charter date incur a $400 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations within 14 days of the charter date will be charged a 50% fee.
• Cancellations within 7 days or 'no-shows' will be charged a 100% fee.
• In the rare event that we cancel, a full refund of the total fee is provided.
• Weather-related cancellations are at our discretion, aiming to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience. If we fall short of this commitment, a credit for the charter will be offered.
PAYMENT POLICY:
• A 25% deposit is necessary to confirm your charter date.
• The remaining balance must be settled 14 days before the scheduled sailing day.
• For bookings made less than 14 days before the charter, no deposit is required, and the full payment is due at the time of booking.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:
• Guests must follow crew instructions, act safely, and be physically capable for all activities.
• Guests should not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol during the charter.
• Inform us of any medical conditions or limitations that may affect participation.
• Inherent risks include weather, collisions, grounding, sail booms, slips, trips, and severe events.
• Risks associated with sailing activities include unpredictable weather, collisions, capsize, rough seas, equipment failure, injury, exposure, wildlife encounters, and emergencies.
• Inherent risks also apply to snorkeling, swimming, and paddleboard activities.
• We prioritizes guest safety but cannot eliminate all inherent risks.
• Guests undertake activities at their own risk and must acknowledge and accept the potential hazards.
• Any changes to bookings must be communicated in advance and are subject to availability.
• The booking rules are designed to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
