To ensure an optimal experience, please note that mixed charter bookings are considered 'provisional' until a minimum of 6 guests is confirmed. This is because it is economically impractical to proceed with less than this number. However, it is uncommon for us not to reach our minimum requirement, as our charters are typically in high demand.

Upon making a booking, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance can be settled directly on the boat. In the event that we do not reach our minimum requirement of 4 guests by the charter date, we will provide the following options:

Offer an alternative date or tour that suits your schedule.

Pay the difference up to the cost of 6 guests, allowing you to proceed with the charter.

If waiting for confirmation is not possible, we will fully refund your payment.

We strive to ensure your satisfaction and appreciate your understanding of these necessary arrangements for mixed charter bookings.

When making a reservation, please note that the entire boat is booked exclusively for your group. As long as the full price is paid, up to 10 guests of any age can enjoy the experience together (minors must always be accompanied by an adult).

Regarding cancellations, if you, as the client, choose to cancel the booking, the following refund policy applies:

Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the charter date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 30 days but more than 14 days before the charter date will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the charter date are non-refundable.

For your convenience, we can provide a formal invoice confirming the charter was not completed, which may be used for travel insurance claims. We appreciate your understanding of these policies and look forward to providing you with an exceptional charter experience. WEATHER AND SEA CONDITIONS:

Your safety and enjoyment are our utmost priority. In the event that the Captain determines that weather or sea conditions may compromise the pleasantness or safety of the sailing experience, we have the following options available:

Change to Another Time or Day: We can reschedule your charter to a more suitable time or day, allowing you to enjoy ideal conditions.

100% Refund: If rescheduling is not possible or suitable, we will provide a full refund of the payment made.

Please note that this offer does not apply to situations related to seasickness, as it is beyond our control. Rest assured, we want to ensure your sailing experience is both delightful and safe. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

We are pleased to inform you that Personal Accident and Liability Insurance is included in the charter cost. This insurance coverage meets the minimum requirements set by local law for your peace of mind.

However, please note that personal belongings are not covered by this insurance. In the event of loss or damage, we regretfully cannot turn back to recover them. It is your responsibility to safeguard your belongings, and we strongly recommend that you make a claim on your travel insurance to address any potential loss or damage. Your safety and satisfaction are of utmost importance to us, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding these insurance arrangements.

Ensuring the safety of all guests onboard is our top priority. If, in the Captain's opinion, a guest's medical condition or physical condition poses a risk of injury in the event of a fall, access to the boat may be denied. We strongly encourage guests to consider the potential consequences, as an unexpected fall could result in serious harm or injury to themselves or others.

If you have informed us of your condition in advance, we will fully understand and provide a refund as a gesture of our concern. However, if access is denied due to an undisclosed condition, we regretfully cannot offer a refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in prioritizing the safety and well-being of all guests.

Your well-being is of utmost importance to us. If you have any food allergies, illnesses, or serious medical conditions, we kindly request that you inform us in advance. It is essential to have the correct medications with you and ensure that someone in your group is trained to administer them if needed.

We appreciate your understanding and want to ensure that the Captain is prepared for any potential issues that may arise during the trip. Please remember that the Captain is trained in First Aid, prioritizing immediate care and safety. It is important to anticipate and communicate any concerns before embarking on the journey.

To ensure the safety and smooth operation of our tours, all adult passengers are required to sign a liability waiver before boarding. The booking confirmation email includes a link to access and sign the waiver form. For passengers under 18 years old, parents or guardians can sign on their behalf. Please note that boarding will not be permitted without a signed waiver.

The waiver serves to protect both parties involved. By signing, you acknowledge that we are not liable for any injuries or unfortunate incidents that may occur during the tour. Additionally, it grants us permission to use any photographs taken during the tour for promotional purposes, without requiring your reference or compensation.
