Mirissa is well-known for its Blue Whales, which we have observed throughout the years despite the fact that whales are considered migratory creatures. While blue whales are there most days, bryde's whales and fin whales have also been observed on a few occasions throughout the year.Sperm whale pods are typically sighted at Mirissa during the months of March and April.Killer whales and short-finned pilot whales have also been observed on occasion.Hundreds of spinner dolphins are observed practically every day.Bottlenose, striped, and Risso's dolphins are occasionally encountered.

Blue whales can be found at Mirissa throughout the year. We have seen blue whales, various whale species, and hundreds of dolphins on 99 percent of our cruises.Most days are great sigthings, although sightings vary from day to day.Sightings are entirely dependent on natural conditions such as sea currents, wind, and rain. Our team will go to great lengths to show you whales and dolphins.

Our Trimaran modern cruiser can easily accommodate 70 guests and is equipped with necessary safety equipment such as life vests, life rings, GPS, and radio communications. Everyone on board receives breakfast in the morning (tea,coffee,sandwiches,fruits,cake and ample water bottles). There are also sanitary facilities on board.

Paid tickets are not refundable unless the tour is cancelled on a certain booking date. Cruise cancellation refers to the cancellation of a boat tour by its operator due to mechanical problems or due bad weather.
