RESERVATION & PAYMENT:

Depending on the boat selected, a deposit ranging from $500 to $3000 is required to secure your rental time and date. Once you've identified an available time slot, we can confirm your rental (up to 6 months in advance) upon receipt of the deposit. Payments can be made conveniently via Venmo, Cashapp, or Zelle. The balance is due on the day of the rental.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Hazardous Weather Cancellations: We offer refunds and charter rescheduling without any additional fees in the event of hazardous weather conditions.

• Cancellation Deadline: You may cancel your charter booking up to 72 business hours prior to your scheduled departure time. Written notice is required, and email is an acceptable form of communication.

• Full Refund: If you cancel before the 72-hour deadline, payments made will be returned to you in full.

• Non-Refundable Policy: If you cancel less than 72 business hours before your scheduled departure time, payments made are non-refundable. The total charter fee will be charged and is non-refundable unless certain conditions apply.

• Rescheduling Option: Rescheduling your charter is always an option, subject to availability and certain conditions.

We strive to provide fair and flexible cancellation policies to accommodate our guests' needs while ensuring the sustainability of our business. If you need to cancel or reschedule your charter, please contact us as soon as possible.
