GENERAL INFORMATION:

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the boat.

• Service boats and water sports equipment should not be used without the captain's knowledge.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• For cancellations made up to 90 days before the tour date, 20% of the tour price will be deducted.

• For cancellations made 60 days before the tour date, 30% of the tour price will be deducted.

• The deposit received will not be refunded for cancellations made 30 days before the tour date. However, they can use their canceled boat rental right on the same boat or another boat next year, by deducting 30% from the total tour price.

• For cancellations made 14 days before the tour date, the full tour fee will be requested.

• Refunds for tour cancellations; within 30 days after the cancellation date.
