CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you cancel the charter or part of the charter, the following refunds will apply:

• More than 6 months before the first day of the charter: 100% refund (minus $150 of file fees)

• Between 179 to 90 days before the first day of the charter: 40% refund

• Between 89 to 60 days before the first day of the charter: 30% refund

• Between 59 to 30 days before the first day of the charter: 20% refund

• Between 29 to 15 days before the first day of the charter: 10% refund

• Less than 15 days to the day of the charter: 5% refund

Please note that any commissions owing on the charter will be retained by the agency in the event of a cancellation. If your cancellation is covered under the terms of your insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these charges. If you wish to make changes to the booking after confirmation, we will make every effort to accommodate your request, but additional charges may apply.
