LEOPARD 48 CATAMARAN

The Leopard 48, built in 2014 and renovated in 2020, offers modern amenities and exceptional comfort. This 48 ft catamaran features new motors, generators, washing machines, dishwashers, air conditioning units, and fridges. It includes a dinghy with a motor for added convenience. Accommodating up to 10 guests, it has 4 spacious cabins and 4 en-suite bathrooms with showers. The layout includes 8 main berths and 2 additional berths. CANCELLATION POLICY:

• If the charterer cancels the charter for any reason, after signing the agreement, all advance payments made until the date of cancellation will be retained by the Owner.

• The Owner reserves the right to refund the said deposits only if he succeeds in letting the Yacht to another charterer for the same period and under the same conditions.

• If the charterer elects to terminate the charter and deliver the Yacht prior to the designated date, the Owner is not liable to return any proportional part of the hire money.

PAYMENT TERMS:

• 50% of the Charter Fee is due upon signing the agreement.

• The remaining 50% is due and payable 6 (six) weeks before the Delivery Time by transfer to the Owner’s bank account.

CHARTERER'S OBLIGATIONS:

• To redeliver the yacht in the same condition as at take-over.

• To leave a security deposit as guarantee.

• To use the yacht for private pleasure only within Turkish territorial waters and not to sublet.

• To comply with customs and local laws.

• To avoid towing other crafts unless in an emergency.

• To observe weather conditions and sail safely.

• To maintain an updated logbook.

• To plan the itinerary and maintain communication with the Owner.

• To study and understand yacht handling and cruising area conditions.

• To ensure fuel tanks and waste water tanks are filled/emptied as required.
