PAYMENT POLICY:

Down payment must be through a bank transfer according to our invoice. The remaining charter fee has to be wired to our Bank 30 days prior to embarkation.

The refundable or non-refundable security deposit, which is compulsory for bareboat or skippered charter, is to be paid upon embarkation, only by credit card.Any extras are to be paid upon embarkation in cash or credit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If we don’t receive the down payment 30 days after the confirmation then the booking is considered cancelled. If we don’t receive the remaining charter fee 30 days prior to embarkation the booking is considered cancelled, unless our agreement is different. For cancellation between 90 and 60 days before embarkation there is a 30% cancellation fee of the total charter price. For cancellation between 60 and 30 days before embarkation there is a 50% cancellation fee of the total charter price. For cancellation less than 30 days before embarkation there is 100% cancellation fee of the total charter price. Any payment can be refunded only according to the charter contract clause 11.

Wij raden u sterk aan om een reisverzekering af te sluiten om u te beschermen tegen eventuele incidenten of verliezen die zich buiten de boot voordoen. Terwijl de booteigenaren zorgen voor een verzekering voor hun boten, jachten, bemanning en gasten tegen brand, aanvaringen en andere ongevallen op zee, zijn de gasten verantwoordelijk voor het beschermen van hun waardevolle spullen tijdens de tour. Indien gewenst kunnen gasten hun waardevolle spullen aan de kapitein van de boot geven voor veilige bewaring. In het geval van een ongeluk of ramp, is het de verantwoordelijkheid van de bootkapiteins om KaterBlue of haar vertegenwoordiger onmiddellijk te informeren. Als de booteigenaren niet de nodige verzekeringen hebben afgesloten, zullen ze volledig aansprakelijk worden gesteld. Huurders en gasten die aan watersport willen doen, doen dit op eigen risico en moeten ervoor zorgen dat ze hun eigen verzekering hebben.
