CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation > 180 days before boarding the boat: 10% of the total charter price paid as an advance is refunded as a Cancellation fee and the remaining 90% is refunded. Cancellation 90 to 180 days before boarding the boat: 50% of the total charter price is refunded. Cancellation <90 days before boarding the boat: 100% of the total charter price is refunded. In the event that the boat is chartered in the same period and under the same condiƟons, your payment will be refunded (less 5% administration fee).

SECURITY DEPOSIT:

A fully refundable security deposit is required, and amounts to €5,000.The security deposit is payable by credit card or bank transfer, 10 days before departure. In the event of damage to the yacht or loss of equipment, the esƟmated value of repairs and replacement is taken from your security deposit and the balance is returned to you. In the case of skippered charters, you have no responsibility for navigation and maneuvers. You are only responsible for damage accidentally caused to the boat, such as a cigarette scar, winch handle thrown into the water, etc. For maximum transparency, at the time of delivery, you will be provided with a non-exhaustive list of the estimated cost of repairs and equipment that will be charged if damage/loss occurs.

- KaterBlue zorgt ervoor dat alle boten die beschikbaar zijn voor verhuur verzekerd zijn door hun respectievelijke eigenaars. Wij raden u sterk aan om een reisverzekering af te sluiten om u te beschermen tegen eventuele incidenten of verliezen die zich buiten de boot voordoen. Terwijl de booteigenaren zorgen voor een verzekering voor hun boten, jachten, bemanning en gasten tegen brand, aanvaringen en andere ongevallen op zee, zijn de gasten verantwoordelijk voor het beschermen van hun waardevolle spullen tijdens de tour. Indien gewenst kunnen gasten hun waardevolle spullen aan de kapitein van de boot geven voor veilige bewaring. In het geval van een ongeluk of ramp, is het de verantwoordelijkheid van de bootkapiteins om KaterBlue of haar vertegenwoordiger onmiddellijk te informeren. Als de booteigenaren niet de nodige verzekeringen hebben afgesloten, zullen ze volledig aansprakelijk worden gesteld. Huurders en gasten die aan watersport willen doen, doen dit op eigen risico en moeten ervoor zorgen dat ze hun eigen verzekering hebben.
