CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancelling or modifying a booking is very difficult due to the need to reserve crew, that guests usually book at least 4 weeks out and therefore the very likely possibility that a booking cancelled within weeks will not be able to be refilled. Therefore, please note the following cancellation and modification policies:

• More than 30 days from the charter date, 80% refund

• Within 15-30 days from the charter date, 50% refund

• Within 14 days from the charter date, no refund

PAYMENT:

We accept payment via debit/credit card and via direct debit to our bank account. A 50% deposit is due on booking and the balance two weeks before the charter.

Als de booteigenaren niet de nodige verzekeringen hebben afgesloten, zullen ze volledig aansprakelijk worden gesteld. Huurders en gasten die aan watersport willen doen, doen dit op eigen risico en moeten ervoor zorgen dat ze hun eigen verzekering hebben.
