PAYMENT POLICY:

Booking will be confirmed when 50% will be paid; balance to be paid 4 weeks before embarking.
Failure to do this will result in cancellation of the reservation and withholding of the deposit.
Crew list, extra's list, arriving modalities, and clients' identity documents and sailing license copies must be sent at least 4 weeks before embarking.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

The Charterer may withdraw from the charter party.
If the Charterer withdraws, they will lose the deposit paid to confirm the reservation.
The Charterer loses the right to withdraw from the charter party starting 60 days prior to the charter start date.
If the Charterer withdraws within 60 days of the start date, the Owner is entitled to 100% of the charter fee.
If the charter is interrupted at the request of or due to the Charterer, no refund will be given.
Failure to use the craft during the stipulated period does not entitle the Charterer to any refund.
If the Owner cannot deliver the contracted craft due to a breakdown or other reasons beyond their control:
The Owner can deliver another craft of similar characteristics within three (3) days.
The Owner must refund the Charterer the daily rate for the days the craft was not available.
If the delay extends beyond three days:
The Charterer can demand the cancellation of the charter party.
The Charterer will receive a refund of any amount paid with legal interest.
The Charterer is not entitled to any other form of damages.

Als u niet komt opdagen, wordt de reservering als vervallen beschouwd.

Dagen die niet zijn doorgebracht vanwege een vroege check worden als verloren beschouwd.

Restituties onder de annuleringsvoorwaarden zijn exclusief de servicekosten van KaterBlue.

Gegevens verzekering

- KaterBlue zorgt ervoor dat alle boten die beschikbaar zijn voor verhuur verzekerd zijn door hun respectievelijke eigenaars. Wij raden u sterk aan om een reisverzekering af te sluiten om u te beschermen tegen eventuele incidenten of verliezen die zich buiten de boot voordoen. Terwijl de booteigenaren zorgen voor een verzekering voor hun boten, jachten, bemanning en gasten tegen brand, aanvaringen en andere ongevallen op zee, zijn de gasten verantwoordelijk voor het beschermen van hun waardevolle spullen tijdens de tour. Indien gewenst kunnen gasten hun waardevolle spullen aan de kapitein van de boot geven voor veilige bewaring. In het geval van een ongeluk of ramp, is het de verantwoordelijkheid van de bootkapiteins om KaterBlue of haar vertegenwoordiger onmiddellijk te informeren. Als de booteigenaren niet de nodige verzekeringen hebben afgesloten, zullen ze volledig aansprakelijk worden gesteld. Huurders en gasten die aan watersport willen doen, doen dit op eigen risico en moeten ervoor zorgen dat ze hun eigen verzekering hebben.
