•Mooring in a port other than the base port.
Cancellation Policy: If Charterer cancels the contract: •More than 90 days prior to original embarkation date, Charterer will lose 25% of the total charter fee. The remainder of the fee will be returned within 30 days of notice of cancellation.
•Between 89 to 60 days before original embarkation date, Charterer will lose 50% of the total charter fee. The remainder of the fee will be returned within 30 days of notice of cancellation.
•Between 59 to 30 days before original Embarkation date, Charterer will lose 75% of the total charter fee. The remainder of the fee will be returned within 30 days of notice of cancellation.
•Less than 30 days before original Embarkation date, Charterer will lose 100% of the total charter fee.
We will repay Charterer for any add-on choices that Charterer has previously paid for. If the Charterer is not present at the time of embarkation, even if the no-show is due to flight or other transfer delays, the reservation will be deemed as canceled less than 30 days before departure, and the Charterer will forfeit its whole charter price. If the Charterer is delayed due to a we transfer, this clause is waived, and we will make every attempt to get the Charterer on board the Vessel as soon as possible.

- KaterBlue zorgt ervoor dat alle boten die beschikbaar zijn voor verhuur verzekerd zijn door hun respectievelijke eigenaars. Wij raden u sterk aan om een reisverzekering af te sluiten om u te beschermen tegen eventuele incidenten of verliezen die zich buiten de boot voordoen. Terwijl de booteigenaren zorgen voor een verzekering voor hun boten, jachten, bemanning en gasten tegen brand, aanvaringen en andere ongevallen op zee, zijn de gasten verantwoordelijk voor het beschermen van hun waardevolle spullen tijdens de tour. Indien gewenst kunnen gasten hun waardevolle spullen aan de kapitein van de boot geven voor veilige bewaring. In het geval van een ongeluk of ramp, is het de verantwoordelijkheid van de bootkapiteins om KaterBlue of haar vertegenwoordiger onmiddellijk te informeren. Als de booteigenaren niet de nodige verzekeringen hebben afgesloten, zullen ze volledig aansprakelijk worden gesteld. Huurders en gasten die aan watersport willen doen, doen dit op eigen risico en moeten ervoor zorgen dat ze hun eigen verzekering hebben.
