PAYMENT:

Under the context of the charter contract, the Charterer is required to pay a Charter Fee of which 20% is payable upon signing of this agreement. The remaining 20% is due and payable by transfer to the Owner's bank account no later than 6 (six) weeks before the Delivery Time. 7. The signature of this agreement by the Owner and/or his agent becomes legitimate and binds the Owner to the responsibilities set out below only if the Owner receives the total of the payments specified in Article 6 in a timely manner.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

From the date of your reservation;

Until 12 weeks before the rental date : 10% of the rental price will be cut and 400 € cancellation fee will be taken.

Until 8 weeks before the rental date : 30% of the rental price will be cut and 400 € cancellation fee will be taken.

Until 6 weeks before the rental date : The rental fee for full and crewed reservations are also requested.
