PAYMENT TERMS:
Office fee is charged at the time of booking and refunded if the sailing is canceled by us Evening sails and one-day special courses are charged in full at the time of booking. Other sailing courses are due 30 days before the course starts. Sailings are due at the end of the sailing. Cancellation fees are due 7 days after the cancellation date.
CANCELLATION TERMS:
The customer has the right to cancel sailing anytime before it starts, and cancellation fees vary based on the cancellation period. We have the right to charge a cancellation fee in the form of a reservation fee. We have the right to reschedule or cancel sailing in special situations.

- KaterBlue zorgt ervoor dat alle boten die beschikbaar zijn voor verhuur verzekerd zijn door hun respectievelijke eigenaars. Wij raden u sterk aan om een reisverzekering af te sluiten om u te beschermen tegen eventuele incidenten of verliezen die zich buiten de boot voordoen. Terwijl de booteigenaren zorgen voor een verzekering voor hun boten, jachten, bemanning en gasten tegen brand, aanvaringen en andere ongevallen op zee, zijn de gasten verantwoordelijk voor het beschermen van hun waardevolle spullen tijdens de tour. Indien gewenst kunnen gasten hun waardevolle spullen aan de kapitein van de boot geven voor veilige bewaring. In het geval van een ongeluk of ramp, is het de verantwoordelijkheid van de bootkapiteins om KaterBlue of haar vertegenwoordiger onmiddellijk te informeren. Als de booteigenaren niet de nodige verzekeringen hebben afgesloten, zullen ze volledig aansprakelijk worden gesteld. Huurders en gasten die aan watersport willen doen, doen dit op eigen risico en moeten ervoor zorgen dat ze hun eigen verzekering hebben.
