PAYMENT POLICY:

50% - as a down payment, within 7 days after confirming the reservation (the down payment is included in the rental price and is contracted as a cancellation fee)
50% - no later than 5 weeks before the charter start
If a down payment of 50% is not paid to the lessor in time, the lessor reserves the right to cancel the booking of the vessel.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If the lessee terminates the contract 6 weeks before the start of the charter at the latest due to extraordinary reasons caused by wars or pandemics, the lessor shall reimburse in full the funds paid.

If the lessee terminates the contract after the down payment and before the payment of the remaining part of the lease price, the lessor retains the amount that was paid before the termination of the contract.

In the case of cancellation less than 4 weeks before the charter and throughout the duration of the charter, the lessor is entitled to claim/retain the overall price of the charter.

The date of receipt of a written termination notice is considered the basis for the calculation of the above cancellation charges.

Wij raden u sterk aan om een reisverzekering af te sluiten om u te beschermen tegen eventuele incidenten of verliezen die zich buiten de boot voordoen. Terwijl de booteigenaren zorgen voor een verzekering voor hun boten, jachten, bemanning en gasten tegen brand, aanvaringen en andere ongevallen op zee, zijn de gasten verantwoordelijk voor het beschermen van hun waardevolle spullen tijdens de tour. Indien gewenst kunnen gasten hun waardevolle spullen aan de kapitein van de boot geven voor veilige bewaring. In het geval van een ongeluk of ramp, is het de verantwoordelijkheid van de bootkapiteins om KaterBlue of haar vertegenwoordiger onmiddellijk te informeren. Als de booteigenaren niet de nodige verzekeringen hebben afgesloten, zullen ze volledig aansprakelijk worden gesteld. Huurders en gasten die aan watersport willen doen, doen dit op eigen risico en moeten ervoor zorgen dat ze hun eigen verzekering hebben.
