BOOKING POLICY:

• Payment via Stripe link or bank transfer.

• Payment: 100% upon booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• If canceled before 15 days: 50% refund.

• If canceled within 15 days: No refund.

NON-COMPLIANCE:

If the boat is not compliant, the tenant can terminate the contract and receive a refund.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:

• The security deposit is paid 72 hours before pick-up.

• The deposit covers any damage or losses attributable to the tenant.

• During ultra high season, no booking options are available.

Terwijl de booteigenaren zorgen voor een verzekering voor hun boten, jachten, bemanning en gasten tegen brand, aanvaringen en andere ongevallen op zee, zijn de gasten verantwoordelijk voor het beschermen van hun waardevolle spullen tijdens de tour. Indien gewenst kunnen gasten hun waardevolle spullen aan de kapitein van de boot geven voor veilige bewaring. In het geval van een ongeluk of ramp, is het de verantwoordelijkheid van de bootkapiteins om KaterBlue of haar vertegenwoordiger onmiddellijk te informeren. Als de booteigenaren niet de nodige verzekeringen hebben afgesloten, zullen ze volledig aansprakelijk worden gesteld. Huurders en gasten die aan watersport willen doen, doen dit op eigen risico en moeten ervoor zorgen dat ze hun eigen verzekering hebben.
